A clothing optional sauna open to liberated, open minded adults.

Our sauna is inside DECADANCE SWINGERS CLUB. Whilst the the thought of visiting a swingers club may be daunting and even shocking to some, it should be noted that a swingers club is somewhere sexual activity can take place between consenting adults not somewhere where you have to have sex, there is never any pressure or expectation for sauna goers to partake in sexual activity.

*Sauna entry includes all access to all the facilities at DECADANCE. As a private club open to liberated, open minded adults only DECADANCE is not bound by the sex discrimination act and can charge different prices for different genders. We are a well mixed club and differential pricing helps maintain this. We regularly review pricing.

When is the sauna open?

The sauna is available whenever DECADANCE is open.

Currently MONDAYS 1pm-6pm, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY 8pm-2am and SUNDAY 3pm-8pm.

How long do I get in the sauna?

Sauna sessions should be limited to 15 minutes followed by at least a 15 minute break. There is no limit to how many times you can repeat this cycle during our opening time. Whilst not in the sauna you are free to socialise in the bar, take a shower, use our free pool table or take advantage of the other facilities at DECADANCE.

Is it hygienic?

We ask that everyone sits on a towel. Combining sauna use with a cold shower is said to have health benefits.

Everyone using the sauna should be clean. We have hot and cold showers.

Do I have to sauna naked?

Our sauna is clothing optional, however you should not go in fully clothed.

Nude sauna use maximizes health benefits by allowing unobstructed, total-body sweating, which improves detoxification, skin health, and circulation compared to wearing swimwear. It promotes enhanced hygiene, better heat distribution across the skin, and fosters a relaxed, non-judgmental environment, often reducing stress and promoting deeper relaxation.

We understand not everyone wants to go naked so you are welcome to wear clean underwear, a towel or swimwear. Be aware others may be naked.

Is there any expectation to swing or have sex?

No, absolutely not there is never any pressure or expectation to swing or have sex.

That said, moderate sauna use can lead to better sex afterwards. 

Widening of the blood vessels and enhanced blood flow to genitals can lead to stronger erections for men and increased lubrication and stimulation for women. Saunas trigger endorphin release, lowering stress and anxiety, which are major inhibitors of libido. Sitting together in a calm, quiet, warm environnment can improve intimacy and bonding.

Should the urge take you and the sauna makes you horny we have some huge lockable playrooms consenting adults can take advantage of.

Can I bring my own food/drink?

Food and drink is not permitted in the sauna, with the exception of water.

Drinks including water can be purchased from our fully licenced bar. Please note that alcohol and saunas do not mix well and can cause dehydration, although you may want a drink after your sauna session.

You are welcome to bring something to eat, we don't sell food

Can I use my mobile phone?

No, mobiles cannot be used within DECADANCE except on our outdoor balcony. Anyone caught breaking this rule may be required to leave.

Can I smoke or vape?

In the sauna? Absolutely not. Smoking is only allowed in our designated outdoor area, this is screened so you can go in a towel.

Vaping is allowed in the bar area.
