If you visit us at least monthly you get regulars prices

Note that the regulars discount starts on 23rd October and cards cannot be redeemed before this date. Cards given out before 23rd October can be used for a discount between 23rd October and 23rd November. Digital stamps cannot be obtained before 23rd October.

How does it work?

At the end of your visit, and you've settled your bill you ask for a REGULARS DISCOUNT CARD or a digital stamp. This is valid for a month from the date of your visit. 

On your next visit within a month, if you bring the card with you it will give you £10 off normal entry on a Friday and Saturday and £5 off entry any other day. You can then get a new card for a month at the end of your visit.

If you've not visited within a month or don't have a REGULARS CARD with you, you pay the normal admission price.

On CHERRY POPPER NEWBIE NIGHTS EVERYBODY pays REGULARS PRICES, and still get a regulars card/stamp at the end of their visit.

3 OPTIONS ON HOW TO OBTAIN YOUR REGULARS CARD

1) App based QR Code

For those who DON'T need/want to be discreet, and want the option of personal notifications to keep informed of events and offers at DECADANCE, you may even get personalised or birthday offers too. You can also check the status of your card and how long you've got left to redeem your discount.

You download the STAMPET app from the App Store or Google Play. The STAMPET app gives loyalty bonuses for small businesses across the UK including DECADANCE.

You can also add the QR code to Google/Apple Pay for easy use.

This option should not be used if under 18s have access to your phone.

Pros: You get all the latest news and offers from DECADANCE and access to other businessess loyalty schemes.

Cons: It's not totally discreet (although push notifications can be turned off either temporarily or permenantly).

2) Discreet QR Code

For those who want total discretion. You get a QR code with STAMPET and your name on it and that's it!. The card is displayed in your online Google/Apple wallet! 

STAMPET is a loyalty card that can be used at participating businesses of all types across the UK. This includes coffee shops, hairdressers, builders merchants etc. There's no mention of, or link to DECADANCE, no mention of swinging, no push notifications.

The QR code can only be read by us, there is no need to carry a card in your wallet.

Pros: Completely discreet, easy to set up

Cons: You miss out on notifications and need to remember or take note of when the card expires.

3) A physical card

For those who prefer an actual piece of card!

Just as it says. You get a card.

Pros: Great for technophobes, although either of the above options are set up in a couple of minutes (we can show you how).

Cons: No good for people who easily lose things or don't want to carry a card around.

I've had physical card but i've lost it, the hamsters chewed it, its in my other wallet

Without the card, you pay the normal entry fee. Staff are unable to give you a discount. However we will gladly give you a new card at the end of your visit.

I was not given a card/digital stamp on my last visit.

It is ultimately up to you to ask for one. If you don't have a card you will pay normal entry prices, please remember ask for one at the end of your visit.

I came as a single man/couple/TV last visit and am coming back as a man/couple/TV next time, can I still get the discount?

Yes, absolutely, the discount is the same regardless so if just the man from a couple comes back, they get the discount. Or if a man comes as a TV next time they still get the discount.

What about single ladies?

Single ladies usually get in free (certain kink events, private and special events excluded), we can't discount FREE!! however you can still obtain a card/stamp on a free visit in case you come back as part of a couple. If you want notifications from us, you can still sign up.via the app.

Is a digital card just a way of you getting my personal details?

No, you sign up via the STAMPET platform. They take a name and either a phone number or email address (which you may need to verify. You will not be contacted, this is purely for you to recover your account if needed. No address details are taken. These details are not held or recorded by DECADANCE. If you sign up via the app you can enter your date of birth (completely optional) if you want birthday offers. After we scan your QR code for the first time we can see the name you gave and the last 4 digits of the phone number you gave or a few digits of the email. The rest is blacked out. We cannot see any of your date of birth, should we decide to do birthday offers they are sent automatically by STAMPET. The name you use to sign up can be a name of your choosing!

For those who want notifications an app based digital card is a great way of getting them without us needing a database of your details.

REGULARS CARD: Terms and Conditions

PHYSICAL CARD: The physical card if must be brought with you and surrendered on entry to obtain discount. A photo of the card is not accepted. DIGITAL CARD: With a digital card a QR code must be shown on your device showing a previous visit less than a month prior. A new card/digital stamp will be given at the end of your visit once all monies owed are paid and locker keys/towels are returned with a further months validity.

Whilst staff may issue cards/digital stamp without reminder, it is ultimately the customers responsibility to ensure they obtain a card on leaving the club.

Cards/QR codes have no monitary value and cannot be bought or sold.

Cards are valid for a calendar month from the date of your previous visit. For example if you visit on 1st February, you would be able to obtain the discount up to and including 1st March. Once the card has expired it no longer gives any discount and you will be charged full price on your next visit.

On Cherry Popper Newbie Nights and certain other nights at the clubs discretion, discounted prices may be given to all customers. No further discounts will be given with a regulars card however your regulars card/qr code still be swapped for one with an extended expiry date to one month after that visit.

Where entry is free or less than the discount on the card, no additional credit will be given. Discount cannot be given on drinks or any other bar purchases.

The card/qr codes has no monetary value

Cards that are defaced, altered, copied or damaged are not valid for discount. It is your responsibility with digital cards to be able to display on your device, so the QR code can be read.

Regulars card discounts cannot be used in conjunction or combined with any other discount unless specifically advertised bu DECADANCE. If for some reason someone has more than one card, they cannot use two at once.

The club reserves the right not to give a regulars card to any person/couple whose behaviour falls below the expected standard or anyone who breaches club rules.

Last entry times still apply to card holders and the card does not give you any prefferential treatment or use of the clubs facilities over other customers.

The clubs decision on whether to offer the discount is final. The club reserves the right to refuse entry to anybody whether or not a regulars card is held without giving a reason.

Where a customer has chosen a digital QR code via app or who have the STAMPET app on their phone, they should be aware that they may recieve push notifications from DECADANCE. If you don't wish to recieve these you should turn these off for the app in your phone settings or in the settings on the app. Those who simply have a discreet QR code in their google or apple wallets will not recieve push notifications.
